Our server was Joseph S. in Sugar Factory Resorts World Casino and his service was exquisite! He suggested the mimosa row which was good to start the night. The service was fast and he made sure we had everything we needed.

Sugar factory is a great experience. We went with our kids and the staff is just amazing, so patient with our little ones who were extremely excited. The food was delicious, but our favorite part was the drinks. I mean, that's part of the experience! There is a variety of drinks and there's also non-alcoholic. The atmosphere was beautiful, its decorated so nicely. There was also many photo ops. We had a great time .

Sheikh Was An Amazing Server. Very Attentive. Any Questions We Had He Answered. I Had An Amazing Experience Here. I Had A Mai Tai Goblet And Cajun Chicken And Shrimp Pasta. If You Dine Here I Would Definitely Recommend Him.

We came to Sugar Factory in Queens at Resorts World Casino to celebrate my little nephew’s 4th birthday (my sister definitely went all out—she’s extra like that, lol). There were about 15 of us, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, vibrant, and full of fun energy—perfect for a celebration. Our waiter (wish I remembered his name!) was super helpful, patient, and really made sure everything went smoothly with such a big group. The food and drinks were great, but the highlight for my nephew was definitely the dessert bowl—his face lit up like it was Christmas! Overall, it was a fantastic night and a memorable birthday for him. We’ll definitely be back!

First off, the restaurant is decorated beautifully for the holidays..... food & drinks are 10/10! And big shout out to our waiter Robert, he was super friendly and so kind...made our experience a great one! Definitely coming back and asking for him!

Second time going within the past 2 years with my daughter. We loved it as much as the first time. Sadly, I cannot remember the waiter from the first time, but this time, we had a waiter named Marcus. He was polite, patient, and consistent. I was not pleased with my drink preference, so he took it off my bill. He offered a replacement, but I politely declined. I think the drinks are made too sweet, but that’s just how the restaurant is. The food? 10/10 zero complaints. I’ll never forget a good dish. The first time, I had a salmon salad. This time, a turkey burger. It definitely fulfilled my expectations, I didn’t need to add anything to it. The prices are reasonable. I will be going back, even maybe for a solo date. They made my daughter feel special on her birthday, even with like 4 other birthdays there at the same time lol. I also like that if you prefer, they use a cake that you’ve brought with you to bring out to the birthday person. She handpicked her dessert, which was a shake with a donut and ice cream. I was sad I left it by accident. But yes, wide food and drink selection for everyone. Bring the kids if they’re into shakes and treats.

Food was great! The portions were very shareable and drinks are always spot on. Also, located in a casino, so there’s something to do after eating. Would recommend
